It isn’t easy work and you may very well give more than you receive, but it can translate to the intellectual and emotional well-being of your students. . . and that alone will make your efforts worth it!

As a school leader or educator, every day, you should ask yourself: What can I do now that will provide safety, comfort, and facilitate an authentic connection with my students? It might startle you how simple the answer to that question can be.
